Ushers
What we do:
The usher’s main responsibility is greeting everyone and handing out bulletins as they enter the sanctuary. They assist with the weekly collection and direct everyone during the communion process. Ushers are the first “point of contact” people have when joining us for worship.
Why we do what we do:
Ushers help to enhance the overall worship experience by greetings all who come to worship, providing directions as needed, and taking part in the service in a variety of ways.
How we contribute to Spiritual Growth:
When actively participating in a worship service, it provides the opportunity to experience the service on a deeper level. By being present, people know that an usher is always there to help thus making their worship experience as pleasant as possible.
